Adland Pro is a very successful Canadian classified site that is much more than just a classified ad site. It started out back in the mid 90s as a Free Classified Ad Site offering free ads with upgrades and then grew into a community for entrepreneurs. Primarily the audience is home business types who are either promoting their own committed program s or looking for a new program to make money with.
The secondary audience is brought in from the web by thousands of members who publish their own affiliate classified site and it includes all the normal categories we are all familiar with for classifieds.

I have personally recruited lots of affiliates under me in several programs with free ads.

To get credits for exposure of your ads all you have to do is send traffic to their site. Adland is much more than simply a banner exchange however as you will see if you join. If you are good at ad writing then clicks will happen as your ads are shown on the rotation. Again the site’s audience is mainly entrepreneurs either looking for a business to join or attempting to recruit others into their business. The site is getting millions of visitors every month and is either number 1 or 2 for free classifieds in the world so the audience is big and it continues to grow.

You can make money with this site by referring others to it by selling directly on it by recruiting advertisers and marketers to buy ad services by driving traffic to another site and so on and so forth.
