The Secrets To Earning Online

The Secrets to earning money online is basically there are none.

I know that is going to be a shock when you view hundreds and thousands of ads each day on the net offering to sell you the secrets to online success but the fact is there really aren’t any major secrets.

The secret is plain and simple hard work. I never earned money as a kid sitting on the sofa watching cartoons and I didn’t make money at work playing games on the computer or watching TV AND you aren’t going to make money online either if you don’t work for it.

Some will tell you that you can earn big money online just by joining for free and you don’t have to do anything else because they will do the work for you. Guess whose making the money? They are they lure you in because hey what’s better than easy money? Depending on the program if they are paid solely on the number of people they get to sign up and pay to join they don’t care if you do nothing because they just made money from you and the less people that know the truth means the less competition this person has to getting more to join him/her.

You better believe the person in the above scenario is working their tail off advertising to get others to join in.

I think one of my biggest pet peeves is the tangible product programs. I would say most of them don’t hold me to that don’t really want you as a distributor of their product to sell the product………..they want you to bring in more distributors to bring in more distributors and on down the line.

How does the company earn money then? You of course. As a distributor you must buy a specified dollar amount of their products in order to qualify for your commisions. In the mean time they are telling you to buy leads at a couple hundred dollars a pop. When you get them and start calling people you will hear a lot of “I told them I’m not interested in working online anymore” or something to that effect. Unless you are really really a savy smooth talking salesmen you will end up spending more money than you make.

Then we have all these 5 10 and 20 investment type programs. You aren’t delivering any sort of product they will give you a website usually and sometimes a free downloadable ebook and send you on your way to market this great program that will fizzle out in a year or two. If you are lucky you will have earned your invested money back and if luckier maybe even make a few hundred dollars.

So Whats the Point you may be asking yourself? The point is if you really want to be successful online you have to find a product or service you believe in and feel comfortable introducing to other people. Note the use of the word introduce….don’t try to sell if you are like me you really don’t like being sold to.

If you fnd a niche product or service you are comfortable with you will be able to introduce it to others and your enthusiasm will emit to those you are talking to about the product/service. Your inner energy will do the selling without you having to hard sell. Stories sell it is why you need to believe in the product or service you are marketing so you can tell others personal experience not some listed off facts that anyone can read on the label.

Marketing is really about people and relationships. You need to build relationships which in turn give you more credibility and will increase your following.

Ok so here is where it gets a bit tricky if you want to call it that.

You have to be willing to put your time and effort into your online marketing endeavor. You can’t give up in a week or a month and say it didn’t work. The big names at the top had to work hard to get where the are. They didn’t start off at the top and neither will you. You have to grow your business from the ground up.

I can hear you saying I don’t have time for this. Yes you do if you really want it. Even if you put forth an hour a day effort consistently on your business you will slowly start to see headway. Now you need to be realistic here if you are working a job full time outside of home you are not going to have as much time as a stay at home mom so of course their business may boom before yours its almost a given.

You have to decide if marketing is for you. If it is great then you are ready to begin.

If you wonder what I do contact me. All I will say is I am doing this on a no out of pocket cost budget and you can too.

Until next time. To Your Success

The Rich The Affluent And The Ones With No Money

Why is it that you’re not wealthy? Perhaps it’s because you are not taking chance of the opportunities that exist in the marketplace. As a matter of fact there are numerous opportunities in store for the intelligent entrepreneurs who target the affluent the offspring of the affluent and the widows and widowers of the affluent. In most cases these masterminds who target the affluent become affluent in their own rights. Perhaps it’s because their clients and customers have little or no money!

But you will respond in fashion it’s really much easier for me to target my peers whom I can relate with because they buy big luxurious cars and I can see their wealth. I decide to take a moment to truly plant in you a seed of understanding on why they are poor themselves. They mainly use debt to finance the lifestyle they want thereby what you see is really a surface of their wealth. Statistics shows that on average the rich have an annual realized income less than 7 percent of their wealth. In other words they live on less than 7 percent of their wealth. Here we can clearly define the fine line between the affluent and the nonaffluent. Simply put the affluent are a collection of people who are conscious consumers and not “huge spenders”.

Now why would we want to target those who are not “huge spenders”? At this point we already know that the affluent are not “huge spenders” themselves. Why focus on the population who are most aware to the price changes to products and services? However I’m going to give you a tip here and you can bring it to the bank! Is that they are not especially price sensitive when it comes to paying for investment advice and services educational products accounting services tax consultancy medical plus dental care for themselves not forgetting family members legal services and homes.

At this point I really want to emphasize the items advisory services and educational products here. This is obviously the growing trend of the booming economy globally given the fact that America will also continue to see an increase in education expenditure. Here’s a flashback from the deep recesses of my mind;

“I once attended a meeting hosted by a speaker here in Singapore telling a truly inspiring illustration so vividly of telling the power of focus; by focusing many small intense light sources on a single spot the energy is turned into a laser beam which can remove cataracts from the eyes eliminate kidney stones and even neutralize cancer cells!

If we apply this theory to our business by focusing all our energies in one spot we should be able to remove “cancers” like distractions and obstacles to success. Is focus the key to building up an empire? Do empires crumble due to the lack of focus on the core business? Take a guess.

The Impact Of Ikon Being Acquired By Ricoh

It has been said that Ricoh have had a long standing relationship with IKON. With the amount of area coverage that IKON already have Ricoh will be able to expand their US distribution neshy;twshy;ork by a substantial amount. The European Commission upon deciding that there were enough competitors for all the products concerned were able to give clearance for the acquisition of IKON by Ricoh. They found that no competitors of Ricoh are dependent on IKON’s distribution. However IKON is a substantial company with around 24000 employees in more than 400 locations throughout North America and Western Europe so the acquisition of IKON by Ricoh is bound to have some effect oshy;n the industry.

nbsp;

Before the merger IKON sold and leased a range of products from manufacturers such as Canon Ricoh Konica Minolta and HP. It seems that Canon could be the manufacturer that is hit the hardest as according to Reutersshy; http://uk.reuters.com/article/innovationNewsTechMediaTelco/idUKT3216620080827shy; 60 percent of the products handled by IKON were Canon machines where as only around 30 percent were Ricoh before the acquisition. Ricoh have said that they will replace all Canon machines with their own printers photocopiers and multifunctional devices within 3 to 4 years.

nbsp;

This acquisition may leave some IKON customers in a difficult situation because although Ricoh have said they will continue to service other manufacturers of machine they will eventually be replacing all their machines with Ricoh devices. This means that any customers using Canon machines will either have to change suppliers or manufacturers if they require a new device. For some customers this could be a difficult decision to mshy;ake as they could be loyal to Canon and very hashy;ppy with the machines they already use but see changing their supplier as a daunting task especially if they have a large number of devices. Fortunately there are some Canon suppliers that are prepared to make the transition as easy and as hassle free as possible. Some Canon suppliers are already seeing the effects of the merger with an increase in the amount of enquiries coming from current IKON customers perhaps indicating that some customers who already have Canon equipment are willing to stay loyal to Canon even if this means changing their supplier.

The acquisition of IKON by Ricoh http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/RicohCompletesAcquisitionIKONOffice/story.aspx?guid=E4612AE5D69D4EC5B735AFA902F9197Bshy; is bound to have some effect on the photocopier industry as Ishy;KON is such a large company covering a substantial area of North America and Western Europe. What will be seen is the effect this merger will ultimately have on Canon. Already it has had some positive effect on some Canon dealers especially those such as Falcon Copiers that already have a large customer base and are an established company with many years experience specialising in Canon equipment making the transition from IKON to a new supplier seem an easy choice to make. Jon Tribe from Falcon Document Management says Many IKON customers with a mix of Canon and Ricoh equipment will see a transition period where Ricoh service base takes president over canon. This is where a Canon specialist dealer can save the day. It is suppliers like these that will not only give existing IKON customers the chance to keep using Canon equipment but also help lessen the impact on Canon. shy;
